「When I got to the property the elevator was not working and they had no rooms on the first floor that were wheel chair accessible. The receptionist at the desk Quanasia was amazing. She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded by Expedia within 15 minutes. I was in bed within a half an hour. This receptionists customer service is amazing. She should be promoted to manager or at least get a nice raise. Don’t loose her」
「Wonderful stay. Hotel is less than 5 years old. Clean and like new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Suite was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 4. AC was just right and beds were comfy. Pool and gym were also great. Breakfast had many options. Would have stayed longer if I could have!」
