「There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.」

「The house is extremely clean and very well maintained. We had an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and had plumbers there in no time. We would definitely stay again while visiting Hot Springs.」

「The staff was nice, but the room was disgusting. Definitely not like the photos. Certain there was bed bugs and plenty of "ladies of the night" walking about naked at night. Do not bring your kids. It is a roof. It is cheap.」

「Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond...

「Room was very clean as well as breakfast room and such. But the room had a very strong bathroom fragrance smell. I did not like it at all. Smelled it all night. Also, the water pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water, but apparently had not been run for a while in the shower cuz it came out a very dark rust color when I first started it. 「Absolutely scary to stay at. Should had turned around but I believed the pics. And missed the cancelation window. Holes in walls. Hair on comforter.. remote broken. Plugs taped over. Fridge not plugged in. Extension cord to plug in lamp from across floor. People sitting out front of their rooms till 1am. I slept with a knife under my pillow. And barricaded the door eith furniture. Especially since it only had 1 flemisy lock on it. Bed was rock hard.」

「The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask.」

「Great place for the price. Loved the doggy yard! While we appreciate the contactless check-in, we missed having the ability to get a few more towels/toilet paper, etc. Outlets are little loose surely due to age of the place. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent passerbys. We walked to the donut shop one morning which was a plus. Gas station is walkable also. Beds were comfy enough and kitchenette was helpful! Overall, we would probably like to stay a little closer to the downtown area next...

「We have stayed at this Hampton Inn a number of times and this was the best it’s been. The room was clean and fresh. The A/C was working great. The curtains with the blockout shades really did the job. I would highly recommend staying here.」
