ロックウェル ホテル

「The room smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in there. There was hair and stains on the bed sheets. Ran out of toilet paper and the tub did not drain well. Easy check in and check out. Very nice view. Wish the room was cleaner/fresher smelling.」

「隣の部屋とのドアがあり、隣からの音や話し声がよく聞こえる。」

「Great location for the wedding we were to attend at Anthony Chapel. Staff was very helpful for all of the rooms that I had reserved in making sure that my elderly parents were accommodated for their handicap needs and that my room was far enough away from them to have a break.」

「This was our second time staying and our 39th wedding anniversary. We love the quietness, and easy access to the lake. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets.」

「Good staff」

「温泉まで近くて便利でした。 エンバシーツイーツバイヒルトンが好きなのは、家族にぴったりのホテルだからです。ハッピーアワーを楽しみました。」

「Nice clean facility, great staff, liked having the bar inside.」

「Overall the Arlington was alright. Me and my Fiancé went for the weekend, and it was nice, but it defiantly had some spooky and outdated vibes. The hallways are very under lit, leading to a very creepy vibe going from the elevator to your room. The staff for the hotel and bar were very helpful, but the staff at restaurant and the spa where not up to expectations. The room was average sized and beds ok. The restaurant food was good, and the spa treatment was fun. Overall it was a good experience...

「Room needed to have bathroom update due to rusty shower curtain rod. Dirty caulking in shower and baseboards. It was clean otherwise.」

「It was nice and pleasant.」

「Great place to stay」

「The staff was amazing!!!! The rooms are older and outdated!! Beds are old and not comfortable! We had a party of 6, was a ok place to lay our heads. We were out more then in. If we stay again it would be because of the staff, mostly the nite shift!! Amazing and friendly ladies!!!」

「Clean and staff very friendly and accommodating!」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.」
