"Air conditioner was nice and cold! Only issue was the toilet didn't flush first time, it would just spin around but not go down. Otherwise the stay was just fine!"

"We couldn't be more pleased with this cabin. Beautiful view of the river, sound of the water running over the rocks. The cabin was very clean and very well decorated. We definitely will be returning. Location was perfect too"

The Reserve at Kirby Landing

"There was a lot of flies and gnatsall over the house to the point where you are unable to eat. A huge plate with blue powder was left on the kitchen countertop with a sign stating fly poison. I guess it was there to help with the flies, however, this did not help at all as we were unable to eat due to the amount of flies and gnats. Electrical wires were cut and exposed, we reached out to the host immediately when it was noticed, which was two hours after our arrival. We were advised that they were going to have someone take a look at it as the garage doors were not opening and that did not happen as no one came by to fix anything. Stairs and stair handles were really dirty and sticky as they have not been cleaned at all. For the amount of money that we were paying for the rental, I would have expected some sort of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it for other people."

"Nice secluded cabin. If you are looking to get away from your phone this is for you. Host was nice and friendly. Cabin was clean. My son loved the game cabinet and bunk room. When the dam opens the water rises quite rapidly out of the banks but no where near the cabin. Was interesting to watch. I would stay again."
