Unique cabins, plenty of room for parking. Rooms were smaller than expected especially for thee adults. Convenient to Crater of diamonds State Park Not many places in area to choose from.
This is an awesome place. Kids enjoyed the stay. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here if we are around. Thank you to the team.
Diamonds Old West is a unique hotel experience. Setup like an old west main street, and the rooms are decorated with the theme of each building. Lots of amenities for families and kids. My room was clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. I enjoyed my stay. Minutes from Crater of Diamonds state park. 5 stars!
Our grandson had such a great time!!!! He couldn’t believe he got to sleep in jail AND take a bath in a jacuzzi tub!! The playground was wonderful and even good for adults. Everything from chalk board to duck races to archery to jumping thing to paddle cars with a track and lady but not least a Teepee that had wood burning and roasted marshmallows. Unique and wonderful experience! The people in the office were also very accommodating and so nice! We will definitely be recommending to others and will get there again one of these days! Eight minutes from crater of diamonds!
Fantastic place to stay, very remote lots of space stretch your legs and explorer. The owner is amazing!
We'll definitely put it on my list to visit again!
Beth was wonderful, she is a sweet lady. Our room was spotless, cool, and the bed was comfy. There is lots of great photo opportunities. The teepee is a cool feature and although we did not have our little one with us this trip she would have loved it very kid friendly. Highly recomend staying here.
This place was amazing all around amazing. They went above and beyond to help us if we needed help and very clean we will be staying there again if we go back.
We had a great stay at Diamonds Old West! The property is so well maintained and staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a great space for kids to run and play- w lots of options for them! It’s also quiet and peaceful for couples. The fire pit/grill was perfect for our dinner plans.
Exceptional place to stay! Enjoyable for all ages. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Very clean and comfortable! The play area was awesome! Great special activities in the Teepee for the kids! Loved our stay!
It was super adorable. If you have kids it’s the perfect place to go. We had a blast playing on the huge playground. It was quaint cabin with comfy beds but it was clean and nice.
My grandkids absolutely loved the playground area. We will go back probably this summer. It was so much fun and it was so economical for us to stay there because the kids had something to do the whole time. We loved it!

It was our first time there and we got a phone call about checking in after hours. We arrived at 11pm as it was raining and took longer than expected to get there. An envelope was left with the key and a map to find our booked cabin. We found it ok. The cabins are two rooms on top of each other so you don’t get your own cabin. The sheets are colored, so they are not washed with bleach or strong disinfectant and for the towels which are brown. The decoration is fun like in the picture and it seems to have a children area. I just thought that for someone used to cabins in the East coast you might want to really check it out in person before booking. It’s not bad but I guess we are used to much more service for 206 bucks a night. And the check-out at 10 am is strict. The little store has nothing reasonable for what I am used to eat in the east coast and the cabins do not have a small kitchen. The bed was very uncomfortable and the children’s bed smelled a little bit. Overall I don’t think I will ever stay there again.
