"overall a nice hotel with a bustling lobby and lovely staff. the valets were especially helpful, courteous, and attentive. the room was fine - standard size, large bathroom with separate toilet, great views. and the bed was very comfortable. it was clean enough, but the housekeeping staff didn't replace tissues, restock tea, or really clean the shower every day (despite daily tip). we didn't have the chance to use the pool, but it looked nice, room service from their resto was totally acceptable! strangely, the only bad experience I had during my 4 day stay was at check out - the man at reception barely looked at me, hardly spoke a word, not even a thanks for staying with us, and even seemed put out by having to print my folio/receipt. otherwise, a pleasant stay!"

"8月27日に1泊だけしました。昼過ぎについて荷物だけ預かってもらおうと辿々しく英語の翻訳機を通じて伝えたら早めにお部屋にチェックインしてもらえました。1泊2日だけのボストン旅行で時間に追われていたので、この早めのチェックインのおかげで旅の質がすごく上がりました。感謝です。施設もお部屋も清潔で広く満足でした。次の日に荷物を預けてチェックアウト後は観光しましたが、荷物預け係の方も明るく親切な方でよかったです。また、アクセスが空港からシルバーラインで15分ほどで直通なのがとてもよかったですし、朝早く起きてウォーターフロント付近を散策しながらコーヒーを買いに行くのもとてもよかった。お気に入りのホテルです。"

"部屋が広く、快適。廊下の床板が古く剥がれているところがあったが、室内はきれいだった。朝食(無料、テイクアウト)と書かれていたものは、りんご、マフィン、ペストリー、オレンジジュース、コーヒー、紅茶で、毎日メニューは変わらずなので連泊だと飽きました。近くにレストラン、スーパーマーケットもあるので困ることは無いです。ランドリーサービスはないので、7、8分で歩いて近くのコインランドリーを使いました。駐車場が充実していましたが、立地が良く、バス、地下鉄ユーザでもどこに行くにも便利でした。夏シンフォニーホールのオーケストラオフシーズンでしたが、近くの音楽院でのコンサートがあり音楽も楽しめました。"

"RedSoxの試合をみるためにBostonに行きました。 Bostonはどこもホテルが高いので、地下鉄駅近くで人通りが多そうな中からこのホテルを選びました。ホテルから徒歩圏内に地下鉄レッドライン＆オレンジライン、グリーンラインの2駅、デパートやスーパー、飲食店、1階にはcafeがあり買い物や移動には困りません。ホテルも清潔ですし、毎日ペットボトルの水をサービスしてもらえるのも有り難かったです。円安なので。ただ、中心部にあるので夜遅くまで人の声や近隣のお店の音楽や朝方のトラックやごみ収集車の音などがうるさかったです。私は耳栓をして寝ました。それ以外は快適でスタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。"
