"The exterior of the property looks new and well kept. Once you walk inside it’s a different story. We got there at 4:15pm, well after our 3:00pm check in time. We stood for a while at the desk while a staff person was doing some project at the desk. She got us checked in and gave us our keys. We went up to the room and it was not cleaned yet for the day. We went back down to the desk. The lady first told me there weren’t any other rooms available with the two beds we needed. A manager came over...
