"We LOVED our stay here! Very clean and well-equipped. This home was particularly kid-friendly, with a play area with plenty of toys in the living room for our 18-month-old granddaughter. The neighborhood was full of families and was a wonderful place to stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back to Chattanooga!"

"The stay was everything I could ask for and more!! The animals and vibe of the farm bring peace and happiness, the guest house is adorable, clean, and the perfect spot to breathe in the mountain air with the outdoor patios and fire pit. Guest house and the animals are very accessible and Piper the dog is the best greeting home from a long day of exploring the beautiful mountain. The host was extremely helpful in navigating the mountain and the hiking areas, very easy to be in contact with."

"The heat and air works good. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Disappointed about the room not having at least a refrigerator. Over all it was a nice place to stay."

"Very quaint cabin in heart of Lookout Mountain. Very clean. There really was no kitchen to speak of, small refrigerator and microwave. Very small table in the room with trundle beds. Trundle’s fully extended, there was no room to walk. It was wall to wall mattresses. Very disappointed with coffee maker. Boil water to pour over grounds in a carafe. It should not be hard to get coffee. We were able to walk to the kitchen and they filled it up for us. By the time the water seeped through, the coffee was cold. Trundle beds were squeaky. Any time you moved, there was noise. We did not use hot tub."

"Centrally located for all the local attractions. House could use a detailed cleaning, but nothing major. House was in fair shape, seems like a handyman special. Never found the laundry that was supposed to be there and never got a reply to my questions before arriving. Check in/out was simple enough and the small yard was great for the dogs."

"The property was in a perfect location for us, quick drive into the city to do family things, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. I’ll start with the good. Kitchen fully stocked was a big help, plenty of bath towels for the whole family and extras!! That was a great bonus! Bed linens were clean, as well as blankets, throw blankets, rugs ect.. also extra bonus, there is a playground just down the road which was great for my little kids! but I will say the overall cleanliness of the property could be better and was less than ideal, there was dust on just about every area, spider webs in the corners, paint peeling inside the main bathtub, old crusty food left in the sink drains, dirty walls and doors. Also, apparently the hot tub broke just before our arrival, which I was never notified about and actually only figured out because of my kids looking through the pictures of the listing and noticing a updated photo added saying it was out of order, and no communication by the manager if or when it was getting fixed, I was told after I reached out about it that the part arrived and I would be updated, but I never heard. Also, garbage dumpsters on site were both completely full, so a guy had to come and pick up the garbage. The beds were not the best as far as comfort but they worked for what we needed. Overall, it was a great location and we would come back "
