"Perfect place for a very relaxing weekend. Host gave all kinds of suggestions about places to go. Loved that I could walk to nearby restaurants since public parking costs 20. Even with the unseasonably HOT temperatures, sitting around the garden area was pleasant. Shaded and a fan blowing on me as I caught up on some work. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway."

"Everything about the inn was fabulous, down to the heated floors in the bathroom. The ladies in the office were great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very well appointed. The only improvement I would offer is that I would recommend that they check out their mattresses. The one in our room sloped downward from the center. We fixed it by putting one of the large bed pillows under the mattress and it was great after that."

"We had an amazing stay, location couldn’t have been more perfect and the hosts literally thought of everything to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home was clean, super cozy and had a very comfy bed. Will definitely be back!"

"As a former Tennessee resident of 40 years, I miss the mountains. Found this place by accident and so happy that we were able to stay, It reminded me of growing up where everyone waved and most people knew each other, this was one of the most tranquil experience I’ve had in many years. I loved sitting out on the back porch and watching the sun rise over Chattanooga. (Keep in mind it’s a mountain side house so it was obstructed by the trees some but was able to get some great photos!) The house is an older house and the owners have done extensive remodeling to upgrade and update giving it an amazing homely feel but not overly modernizing it. My gf is a huge animal lover so was hoping she could see some deer but unfortunately she only was able to see a few squirrels. Was apx 8 minutes drive to Publix or Point park, 2 minutes to Ruby Falls and about 18 minutes to Aquarium at the time we went to those places! We have already added to our “places to stay” book and will certainly be returning! Thank you to Katie, I do believe one of the top 3 most responsive host I have ever dealt with. Kudos to you Katie, wonderful job and thank you for the quick response on booking our extra night on short notice! Looking forward to the next time!"

"Overall, the house was great for what we were looking for. Definitely has some age, so you’ll notice some issues with the property that could use some “prettying up”. Would also recommend more external lights, especially coming up in the evening, it can be hard to see. Otherwise, we had a great time and the house was a nice place to stay!"
