"We had suite and used the kitchen facilities during our 4 night stay. The location was perfect because my wife had an operation next door at St Paul’s Hospital. The Canada Line station (Vancouver City Centre) at Granville/Georgia (which accesses the airport) is only about a 15 minute walk to the Century Plaza. "

Exceptional service, the manager who helped me was on her way out the door, but when she saw me, she asked if I had a room key from the switch, and was able to provide me with a key, saving me a ton of time, and the hotel was accommodating to help give me the room I paid for.
