I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the toilet in my room was clogged and would not flush, creating an unsanitary and distressing situation. In addition, there was no hot water available, which made basic hygiene impossible. I immediately notified the hotel staff. Unfortunately, no corrective action was taken. The issue was neither resolved nor was an alternative room offered. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the staff did nothing to address the situation, leaving us without proper facilities for the duration of the problem. These conditions fall far below reasonable hospitality standards. A functioning toilet and hot water are basic, non-negotiable necessities for any hotel stay. The lack of response from staff compounded the issue and demonstrated poor customer service and disregard for guest well-being. I am requesting a formal explanation, as well as appropriate compensation or refund for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and look forward to your prompt response.

The mattress was on point and brand new. The furnishings were cool. The floors were kinda dirty, I wouldn’t walk bare foot in there. The flooring and tile is just super old and a little gross but they’ve upgraded everything else. It’s perfect for just an overnight or two when and if you’re just there to sleep, it awesome for the price.

The manager would not give us a refund despite having photos of the inadequate room and we did not stay there due to the dangerous conditions of room sanitation and the horrible smell in the room and hallway. The entire hallway and hotel room stunk of urine, it was unbearable. Front desk gaslighted us into saying it was the smell of bleach from the cleaning people (it was not bleach). Dirty room with stains on bedroom floor, bathroom floor, bathtub, and moldy shower curtain. Hotel is not in the safest area-lots of seedy people walking around. The motel door in to our ground floor hallway from outside was propped open, which did not make us feel safe, either. We did not sleep here and stayed somewhere else in East Hampton. Poor customer service and unacceptable room conditions. If they had given us a refund for our complaint, maybe we could be more understanding, but we could not even bear to stay in this room and they refused to give any sort of compensation for the trouble. Would not recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Room was nice and warm on the blistery day we arrived. Only thing I would change are the pillows, they were way too stiff and over puffed. Otherwise, all good.

First day in the room i had no wash cloths said they ran out 2nd day nobody cleaned and still no was cloth was given when asked again!!! Woke up the 3rd morning with so many bed bug bites and found the culprits on the bed...worst experience ever

Room smelled like mold, was extremely outdated and gross - floors were cracked, caulking every corner, bathroom was disgusting, mildew stains on sink, soggy rug in the middle of the room. I called front desk to change reservation and they refused. 1 block away from Riverhead jail. 0/10 will never be staying here again do not recommend.

Okay experience overall

The only complaint i have is the mold around the bathtub and the toxic smell of the cleaning supplies which permeated the whole room for couple of days.
