「Beach view. Coffee weak. Pool in bad shape and dirty.」

「The view and location aren't bad, but the rooms are old and the amenities are poor. There's no microwave or kettle, and the coffee maker was quite dirty. The shower drainage also isn't great. Overall, it seems a major renovation is needed. On the other hand, the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless, which was much appreciated.」

「Love the Tiki Bar! Right on the ocean. Great time to be there, not a lot of folks around. Staff were exceptional, room was a great size and very clean. Breakfast was free and lots of variety. Very enjoyable location」

「The staff was very friendly. The room are olders rooms however I would book this location again.」

「Thank you」

「The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Pool area was wonderful!」

「The hotel requires work on it」

「The carpet was wet and disgusting. The ac unit made noises. I want my money back. I am just getting back from a cruise or I would have sent this earlier. I told the front desk and they couldn’t give me my money back. I want a full refund.」

「This was our second trip to the Max. The rooms have beautiful views and are spacious and have all the necessary items to prepare meals. It’s the convenience of a condo with resort touches.」

「If you need an affordable place while traveling, definitely check this place out. Room was remarkably clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good with the usual continental items as well as eggs and sausage. This place is directly across the street from the Daytona Speedway.」

「I would definitely stay here again should have stayed for two nights instead of the one to actually see everything but definitely will be back」
