"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "New hotel. Only one year old as of December 2025. Room I had was small. OK for one but a squeeze for two. Onsen (bath) was very nice. Breakfast options are very limited unfortunately, even hotels I stayed at on this trip that were half the price of this hotel had more options. "
