The breakfast buffet option had a variety of fresh foods and it was all delicious. The staff were very kind and professional. The room was spacious and nice. The hotel had a very cozy charm and atmosphere. The location was great, super close to the station and it was easy to walk to many nice places. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Monterey Sendai. It has an old world charm, and the spa on the top floor is delightful. It is very close to the central train station and in a fantastic part of the city. Highly recommend the hotel- we would definitely stay there again.

Such a conveniently located hotel across from Sendai station. The sauna and hot tub plus free beer was a nice way to relax in the afternoon too. Rooms were great and roomy. Overall perfect location and great value for money.

There’s some dust behind the low cabinet next to the bed, indicating careless cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy.
