「Be aware, the bottled waters in the room are not welcome gifts. You will be charged for them on the card you use for incidentals.」

「Clean, courteous and professional.」

「Very nice property. Area was safe and walkable. Staff was all very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many great options! Coffeemakers were removed from the rooms with coffee available in the lobby 24/7. However you could still get a coffeemaker from the front desk if you preferred. Would def stay again.」

「Refrigerator was not cold enough with no controls & a lightbulb was out in the hall / bedroom which made it hard preparing for a wedding. Shower head only sprayed out very little. Room & bathroom were very clean. Breakfast bar was good. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would recommended this hotel for sure if you are looking for a clean room.」

「This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!」

「Very clean property. Not fancy but good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Only reason not 5 stars is the property could use a few updates, but really a solid place for a short stay.」

「Room was clean. Staff was responsive and helpful.」

「I would not stay here again. The rooms smelled badly and the shower had crumbling sheet rock around it. The grounds were not well-maintained, and my family did not feel safe here.」
