「The listing is not accurate. Be prepared to bring everything with you, pots/pans/adult size plates/cooking utensils/hair dryer. There is no BBQ grill, the house had 2 pans and 1 spatula and 1 spoon. The eating utensils were appetizer plates, forks, butter knife, spoons and 4 glass cups. The cabinets were falling off and peeling. 「The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries.」

「Over all a nice stay. A couple of things to note, upon arrival there was a hornets nest blocking the door, but they seemed to go away in the evening, the towels were a little on the thin side, along with either the A/C did not change when adjusted, was possibly changed remotely, or maybe was on a timer and went back to 77 at 830pm so it was a bit hot while sleeping.
