「This is and extraordinary property with so much to do. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate, we can't wait to go back next year and stay on the island and at Stonecliffe. It was fun for the entire family and worth every penny. 」
「Overall, We were pleased. However, we most likely will not stay there again. Next door to the property is a residence that houses, what looks to be employees of the island. There was incredible LOUD, shouting from the residence two nights in a row. This noise of TALKING, SHOUTING, YELLING, AND LAUGHING went on consistently for over two hrs each night. This occurred from 2:00AM, on each night. Awful!!」
「We were so excited to stay at the Mission Point and it met every expectation and more. From the staff to the movie theater-adorable and brought back a moment in history. It was beautifully maintained, and walking into the massive lobby with the log beamed ceilings was breathtaking. Come and share this experience. You won’t be disappointed. 」
「Stayed 2 nights with husband and 2 kids while visiting Mackinac Island. The hotel is an excellent location. While there is a free shuttle available to take you to one of the ferry docks, it is a quick 10 minute walk, so we walked there and back. There a few dining options and an ice cream shop nearby within walking distance as well, although most seem to close early in the evenings. The hotel is a collection of 4 hotel buildings (all named after the great lakes) and the Reception/pool building....

「We had a good time there. The staff (and possibly owner) were all awesome. The view out of the balcony window was awesome. It is right on the water so you definitely have to deal with the fish flies! The staff do their best to clean it up every morning. The rooms themselves are pretty typical, but roomy given how little you are paying for it.」
