「slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted .」

「Arrived unable to find the caravan No details other then a code to put in the lock box we asked at the main reception they couldn't help .Took around 1 and a half hours to locate the caravan. The sitting area and kitchen facilities were fine but 1 of my children was unable to sleep on the top bunk as it was unstable. The bathroom wasn't that clean shower and on the wall near the toilet.」
