"The beds were not the most comfortable. The pillows had zero neck support. And although they say there is a designated smoking area there were folks smoking where they shouldn’t and nobody stopped them. Those are my only complaints. The food was wonderful! Especially the vegetarian and vegan options. Well I can only speak on that because I am a vegetarian."

"Checked in late and Emil working the front desk was marvelous. Had to shift the date of our rooms (two) because of flight changes. Due to my error, one of the rooms wasn't shifted. Emil said "no problem" and made it happen. Bed/room was SO comfortable! Will stay again upon my return to Iceland. And I most definitely will. 🤗"

"This is the stay of a lifetime (especially since it is connected to the neighboring Blue Lagoon)—and it reflects a corresponding price tag. Sticker shock aside, they have thought of every manner to pamper guests and make them feel at home (and willing to part with more cash in purchasing their various products). The staff are very well trained in the art of hospitality and will go out of their way to be of assistance. This may not be an every few year stay but it is certainly is worth a checking of the box on one’s list to be done before one dies."
