「The Barred Owl is a beautiful and extremely clean home with plenty of kitchen-ware, towels, etc. Located at the top of a hill, it is super private on a lovely property. The hot tub was clean and soothing, as well as there is a nice grassy area to build a fire and enjoy the weather or roast smores. I highly recommend and would go back!」

Mountain driveway is not to be underestimated. 4WD required and need tall clearance under car. It is 1-car wide and challenged when you meet another car coming the other way. Close enough to both Shenandoah for outdoor activities and C’ville for city attractions. Cleanliness great! Communication easy and prompt. 」

「This cabin was wonderful. Definitely off the beaten path but provided great quiet serenity after a full day in the park. You really can't beat something 15 minutes from the park entrance and also 15 minutes from town/groceries/restaurants. Stunning sunsets from the porch! The hottub was great after miles of hiking and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog, too. The yard was great to play fetch and explore.
