"I stay in Reno a fair amount and sometimes end up at the Peppermill. I am still puzzled about why people rave about. The emperor wears no clothes. The Peppermill is mediocre and its location is well below mediocre. "

"The staff at Western Village were awesome. We arrived sooner than expected and they were able to get us in our room a bit earlier than regular check in time. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had slept on in our entire week long trip. I will definitely stay there again."

"Flawless from Start to Finish ... The front desk attendant ( I apologize for not remembering his name ) was the same for Check-in and Check-in out was great. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable all the way through."

"We had a competition in Reno near the hotel and chose Circus Circus for the price point, the location, food court, arcade and Mid-Way since we had several days with 2 boys. Smokey in the casino areas and it travels to the common areas- which is a bummer. Not a posh stay but relatively clean and quiet for the most part. The weekends definitely more loud from street noise to people, but the rooms were comfortable and the pillows really good- better than expected. Staff were helpful when needed and they took safety seriously. And the show at the sister hotel is really excellent."

"Fast check in, clean room, bed was comfortable not too hard or too soft, parking could be closer but overall a good place to stay at. "

"Construction all night you could hear in the room. Big pool closed, infinity poop closed multiple time due to weather "
