Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno."

"The Eldorado has a perfect Central downtown location by the train station and bus transportation to all other parts of Reno. The property has a very nice vibe to it it's well kept seem to have very nice customers inside and the staff was nice.. the room was very nice especially for the price"
