"Big room and cosy "

"The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well."

"The room was ok, the hotel is a bit dated and basic but it’s a reasonable price so my expectations were not high and therefore it was fine for a night. "

"Staff are so kind friendly and funny The lady who checked us in it was her second day and she did amazing, thank you for being so great. Also so lovely to see the support when needed from her colleague who was a great trainer. it’s was clear they were a great team already A friendly welcome and a great room after a long journey is amazing. "Our room was excellent, wonderfully clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous. The public spaces are a little tired. The breakfast room / restaurant is basic. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Just pay for the parking permit to park on the Main Street to avoid the stress of finding a parking space."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Cabin, the log fire is a awesome touch. The cabin was extremely clean and cosy, light dimmers ad a really nice touch too. We was met with a complimentary bottle for valentines day which we thought was a lovely. The host's are very friendly and welcoming and at hand if you need anything.Were looking forward to our next stay"

"We did not have breakfast. there were shops nearby. our room was dirty. there was mould in the shower. the curtains were torn. the chair was broken. we were given 2 uncovered teabags and 2 mugs and a kettle only. the 2 bath towels were not new. no face cloths or handcloths. the room stunk because the carpet was very dirty. our room had no bedside lamp. "
