"Good location close to beach & amenities Nice beach house had verything you needed within the property to go self catering if needed, being picky would benefit from small airfryerWe were lucky with the weather, went to beach everyday,nice touch having outside tap to clean sand of shoesLocal pub getsverybusy, definitely need to book, we ventured into Filey, found a fabulous Italian la gondola and Indian curry house was very goodGrandson loved it,would definitely book again "

"Lovely holiday as usual. The wonderful weather made the house’s access to the beach important. We were able to use the veranda more this year due to the weather. My teenager did miss the usual welcome pack but only for a moment."

"Nicest dog friendly place we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. Sea views between the opposite properties at the front. Fields at the back. Very comfortable sofas and beds, an extra sitting room I didn’t expect, everything you needed. Fully enclosed back garden, dog safe, with gates at the front. No list of dog don’ts. Dog beds, bowls, balls provided. Located on a very quiet dead end lane. 5 minute walk to quiet sandy dog friendly all year round beach, although very steep path to get there, careful, the sand left on it makes it slippery in places. Lovely outside seating only cafe on the way down. The only holiday let I have ever stayed in where I could happily live."

"Lovely holiday home in a great location for quiter family breaks, still with some ammenities such as a shared pool, tennis court, shop, pub etc. Fun for young children in the small on site arcade too. Paddy’s Corner is a spacious, modern property, light and bright. We really enjoyed our stay!"
