Immaculate Luxury Condominium on Nicklaus Course

Fully furnished; 2 bedroom; 2 bath Condo with King bed master suite & queen bed guest bedroom. Satellite TV and wireless with 46' wall mounted LCD and PS3 Playstation/Blueray DVD player over gas fireplace in Living Room; 32' LCD and DVD in Master Suite; and 27' Sony Trinitron in Guest bedroom, all with Cable Boxes for full Movie Channel access (HBO). Fully equipped Kitchen and Bath with Linens provided.

Attached balcony with breakfast table and 2 person chaise lounge overlooking 1st fairway of Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Nigerian Wenge (DarK) Hardwood floors in Main Living area and berber carpeting in bedrooms. Tiled floors complete the baths. Master bath has stand-up shower and full jet bath tub. Kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Separate Laundry room for washer and dryer. 1st floor covered parking with 1 assigned covered parking space and open access for multiple cars and possibly boat/trailer.

Great times at this vacation location.
The condo was an excellent place for my family to call home-away-from-home. It is spacious with a kitchen that has everything you need to cook for a family. Combine that with entertainment, amenities that can't be beat, and location to the ocean make this the perfect vacation location. The owner was a treasure with his helpfulness! We hope to come back soon!

My husband and i stayed for 3 nights. The property owner Keith, was great and kept in contact throughout our time there. The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Wonderful weather in November
I agree with an earlier review that pictures don't do this place justice! We had wonderful weather in November and took advantage of it by walking and biking all over the property: pier, fishing dock, and nature trails. We especially enjoyed sunset from the pier. Keith was an excellent and responsive host. One thing that isn't in the description though is that it is a gated community so you need a pass to get in.
