"The computer system was down with the Internet nor the phones working so we had to stand and wait for over an hour before we could even attempt to check in. There was a long line of people waiting, who had been there before us or before we arrived. But the facility is wonderful and the young lady at the front desk was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Normally no complaints but this time the tub needs a redo completely and walls painted where holes were patched and flooring had a chunk missing from it."

"Do not stay here!! I booked for 4 days and stayed only 1 night. Awful, this is for someone that is down on their luck and need a place to stay. Black mold on the back of front door, food dried on bed spread, black shoe prints on the shower curtain and dirt in the shower drain. Smells of cigarette smoke and kids running around after 10pm."

"I arrived just after check in time and I had my choice of parking spots. The front desk staff member on Thursday, 04/09/26 made check in super easy. My room was easy to find. My room was crystal clean and the layout perfect for my stay. The staff in the bar/restaurant were both attentive and friendly. Restaurant manager was engaging which was impressive. The king size bed provided a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good. The restaurant is placed perfectly on the property. I want to give five stars to the woman who waited on me during breakfast. The restaurant filled quickly and she was calmly and attentive to all. Check out was easy. I will definitely consider Delta Hotels for future stays in Chesapeake and other destinations.,"
