「The hotel is closed to the big supermarket and restaurants. Also convenient if you don't have a car as bus is available every 15-20 min to reach shopping center. Hospitality and kindness of hotel staff is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here very much. 」

「We were initially put into their worst room im sure. It had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! I was so upset. My husband spoke with them and they instantly apologized and gave us a very clean room with none of the problems. I felt very disrespected and profiled (I am African-Canadian). 「We stayed here late at night while passing through and booked 3 rooms for our group. All we needed was a decent place to sleep before continuing our drive in the morning, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. As soon as we opened the room door, we noticed the suite door did not close properly. There were visible gaps around the door and the deadbolt would not latch securely. The room also had a smoky, musty smell upon entering, although it appeared clean at first...

「Not safe at night with kids」

「The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund....

「The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience」

「Room a bit smelly! Had to sleep with the window opened. Breakfast is quite controlled. Front desk will issue a voucher early in the morning and there 1-2 guys custodian who enters the room. No eggs, but everything else was there. Good oatmeal!」
