It was a great stay for Thunder Bay but it’s Thunder Bay you can’t expect everywhere to be a great location but they went with what they have and it was great, the room was clean the bathroom was clean, the bed looked nice, and the amenities were substantial so overall they did great

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed. Arrived fairly early in the afternoon (3:30) and when I turned on the TV, the Denver Broncos vs the LA Chargers game was into the 2nd quarter. I was born and raised in Colorado, so it was fun to have that game come up upon turning on the TV. Enjoyed a pleasant walk around a nearby park, and supper at the KFC across the street. We could have driven somewhere, but KFC was an easy walk.

The room was very simple, functional and clean. Parking right at the door. Just off a main street (Arthur) but was set back, opposite a residential neighbourhood. Quiet. I wish there was bedside table-lights.

Recently my toddler and I spent the night there on our way home from a trip to Toronto, when we got there the girl behind the counter was extremely kind friendly and courteous after dealing with an upset customer that was arrogant over something that was out of the girls control, our room was EXCEPTIONALLY clean despite needing a coat of paint, on check out the man behind the counter have my son a chocolate bar and after check out my son had an accident and I had to change him, when I asked the man if there was somewhere I could change him he gave us back our room key so I could change him before our long drive home thank you so much to the staff at the Kingsway Inn I would 200% stay at their motel again
