The staff are fabulous. The amenities and room set up are wonderful. I do wish they would deep clean their hallways and rooms. I find this more and more in hotels that rooms, this one included, they are not perfectly clean (i.e. dirt and hairs in the corners…and when was the last time the floors were mopped and carpets cleaned?) and hallway carpets really need a shampoo.
