The place was clean and the hotel is placed in a very quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, pubs within walking distance and it's also close to the train station where you could easily catch a train to go to other places. However we didn't have an entirely pleasant stay. The room we were staying in was pretty cold and when we asked about it at the reception we were told either that it's automated and there's nothing they can do, or that they will turn on the heat (the room was still cold). By the time someone came to check and realised the heating wasn't working we were already halfway through our stay. We weren't even given an extra comforter/blanket when we requested it.

Quiet room with easy access to dining options, airport and train connections. 6min walk to train to downtown London:)

Helpfulness and pleasant staff breadboard was nice and shuttle wasn’t complicated

Overall nice place, quiet , romantic property, staff serving breakfast could be more friendly,just a suggestion
