"Close to gatwick for travel, free parking and friendly staff. Other than that it isn't good, not worth the money even though low, it's no more than 1/2 stars and shouldn't be more than £30. We managed to get some sleep and move on. Even if the breakfast had been available as advertised, we wouldn't have eaten it. Place needs a major clean and refurbishment, which I can now see has been promised for some time on reviews. "

"Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar and lounge to the room and bathroom, all could use modernizing e.g carpets and decor and furniture. Breakfast was average, cooked food wasn't great quality but edible. All was OK for the price paid"

"We had an excellent one night stay. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The food at both dinner and breakfast was lovely, the room very clean and the shower excellent. We would not hesitate to stay again "

"The apartment was perfect for us. The access info was given to us days ahead of time. It was clean and spacious and it was nice to relax and watch a movie on a TV that worked. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment."

"It was an amazing stay. Really enjoyed staying at Matties Loft. Accommodation included all the facilities you would standardly require and more on a trip and was super clean. Host was really great and friendly, we felt welcomed. Should mention that our dog also really enjoyed the trip also as we took advantage of the lovely countryside walks and beautiful scenery. We would stay again :)"

"We (a family of six) had a fantastic stay at the beautiful bungalow on Carmel and Simon's property. The place is stunning — we especially enjoyed the lovely pool, the amazing garden, and the tennis court. Carmel and Simon were wonderful hosts: very helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring London, Box Hill, Leith Hill, and many other great spots in and around Surrey and London. Highly recommended!"
