"Great hotel, however we didn’t realise we would be across the road in a secondary building (this is because we had booked a larger suite). This wasn’t a problem as such but breakfast and the swimming pool are located in the main hotel building. Staff and amenities were great, especially the roof top pool. The hotel location is in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok so there is noise but this is managable. Handy metro station about 200m away which is great for getting around the city. Had a great time and would use again if travelling to Bangkok in the future."

"Wonderful hotel, from the staff to the amenities, morning breakfast, pools, gym and location, Opulent at its best !!! A direct train from BKK to the hotel, easy walk to the PhayaThai train station, the location is a premium, it is now my go to hotel anytime I pass through Bangkok."

"We loved our stay here so much we ended up extending by two days. The beds and bedding are SO comfortable. They have "green" incentives where if you don't have housekeeping change out your bedsheets one day they will leave you a free drink coupon for their upstairs bar by the pool. The breakfast buffet (costs extra) was also amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok!"

"The hotel looks very nice, situated just next to the train station. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. Worth more than what I paid off. Staffs are so friendly. The room and dining area were so nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay in here again as well as trying other branches managed by UHG"

"Here’s a warm, genuine review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok. The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and public transport. The staff were exceptional from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to the team for making our stay so comfortable and for helping us celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday and our wedding anniversary. Those thoughtful touches made the trip even more memorable. Our airport transfer was seamless and the Toyota Commuter van was perfect for our family. Travelling with young children can be challenging, but the staff made everything easy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended for families, couples and anyone looking for outstanding service and a great place to stay."

"Great atmosphere and style . We had a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. Excellent for a family of four . The staff was very kind. The pool and lounge area are very zen and relaxing . A lot of stores and street food vendors just in outside. Is a little far from main attractions, everything in Bangkok is far even though looks closer on the map . Keep in mind traffic and peak hours . Only downside of our stay, the Internet in our room only worked the first day and they couldn't fix it . They offer to move rooms but it was a hassle.for the whole family . Otherwise highly recommend it ."
