"Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher...

"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. "We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma bay. The beach was absolutely excellent; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness was top notch and “Omar” was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding service waiter was “Elsayed”. A special thank you to the manager who was exceptionally friendly and kind. The overall warm hospitality made us want to return again. Highly recommended!"

"UNMATCHED !! BEST HOTEL EVER!! We have been to many many hotels but this stands out as the best ever! From the reception and friendly staff, specially Mirna the receptionist! All the staff are welcoming you with a very nice smile, helping hands in every thing, asking if you wanna somethg while u don't! Then the room!! What is that?! Spacious one, with dressing room, mini living room and that spacious bathroom! What is that?! AMAZING! and then to the pools and beach! Very clean, tempting water color even in the pool! Very big pool surrounding all the places in the hotel, accessible from all points! And last but not least, restaurants and food! Food is amazing! Variety is the main headline with the highest quality! Unmatched in Egypt! You find vegetarian, beef, chicken, seafood everyday and desserts I can't tell more than HEAVEN! (if u love high quality food like me :). All of the above with the very vibrant atmosphere but calm at the same time! U don't know how!! But it happens here Finally everything is more than perfect!"

"Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and welcoming - from the all you can eat buffet, to the Oriental and Italian restaurants, to the bars at the beach and the lobby. This is a MUST visit property and it should be a 7 star not 5. We will definitely be back, soon. Raed"
