「The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door.」

「The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. 「Our family summer trip was ruined by this hotel. The front desk was immediately rude and dismissive, acting annoyed when we asked about basic amenities clearly listed in our reservation. The room was a joke. We were given one king bed for multiple guests, and instead of fixing it, they blamed the booking site. The “extra bed” was a rusty frame with a sagging, broken mattress that no one should ever sleep on. Then came the deal‑breaker: bugs. On night one, ticks were crawling on the sheets....

「We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!」

「I loved being right on the water, the staff was amazing, and the indoor pool, sauna and cash bar was a lot of fun. I loved the laid back vibe, it’s more families that stay here. Many of my neighbors were repeat customers and were extremely friendly.I ate at the restaurant at the resort and the food was wonderful!!!! The only part I was not expecting was my room did not have AC. It may have been the type of room I chose and did not realize. I had a wonderful time there and would go back!」
