「I booked this hotel in the last minute since I had to extend my stay and the hotel where I stayed was too expensive without early reservation. It was a good surprise. The hotel is located in front of shopping mall, the room is spacious and the price is very low. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but I needed to leave at 6:45 and so, staff prepared in-room breakfast for me without any extra charge. This was "more-than-expected" since I checked-in at 23:00. If free mineral water bottle is included, it is...

「Great hotel, it is gorgeous! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, public areas look like a palace, really beautiful. All the staff are doing their outmost to make you feel welcome. The concierge Julian and Esperanza, are exceptionally nice, but all of them were nice and polite. 「Very helpful staff」
