There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything."

Bathroom sink without hot water connection. Single pane windows in noisy neighborhood and nearby train tracks produce sleep interruptions. Nice pool, but upkeep could be better."
