「What an absolutely beautiful hotel! I loved everything about my stay, from the architecture and thoughtful little details to the abundance of plants and greenery throughout the property. 「Cama com defeito ninguém atendeu jo tempo necessário, proprietário nao respondeu」

「I had to wait for the receptionist to finish her lunch before I could register. The room she gave me had an air conditioner that didn't work. After they moved me, the second room wasn't much better. The breakfast was terrible. After I paid, my card was charged $491.20 by "VIMOS." Copilot told me this is a payment processor used by many travel, hotel, and vacation rental companies. I have already disputed the transaction and changed my card number.」

「Atendimento excelente dos funcionários e excelentes instalações」

「The towels were smelling very bad. Also must be replaced due excessive usage.」
