Fiquei bem decepcionado com o café da manhã esperava mais variedades e mais simpatia e das pessoas no atendimento, as meninas da tapioca e omelete nenhum pouco simpáticas e acolhedoras e os demais quase não dão atenção, achei que os balcões deverias está mais limpos, enfim bem ruim achei nesse sentido, acomodações boas, mas com impressão que faltava algo… pode ser melhorado com certeza

Bom, mas falta manutenção

O quarto era bem amplo, cama muito confortável, chuveiro com excelente pressão, café da manhã muito bom. Localização razoável, apesar de estar a 2 quadras da praia. O problema maior era a falta de manutenção do ar condicionado, pingando direto e deixando o chão bem molhado, trocamos de quarto, mas o problema se manteve (em menor grau). O ar da academia então estava péssimo, água infiltrada abaixo do piso de madeira. Além disso, o banheiro do quarto ficava com um cheiro bem ruim quando fechado por um tempo.

O hotel é excelente, sempre me hospedo nele quando venho a Recife. O atendimento é excepcional desde o check in, café da manhã, manobristas e equipe do restaurante. O quarto é confortável, limpo e o enxoval é muito bom. A limpeza do banheiro é impecável. A comida do restaurante é muito boa e tem opções de almoço e jantar. Banheiro com a tampa do vaso suja, chuveiro era bom, café da manhã com poucas opções pelo valor, a piscina suja sem condições de uso, localização boa, atendimento na recepção sem simpatia alguma, com poucas informações. Tivemos que aprender sozinhos a usar o elevador que era sob cartão. A tv somente com canais abertos, ar condicionado fraco dos antigos. Uma pena, uma recepção com decoração bonita porém, deixa o restante e o principal muito a desejar. O rapaz do atendimento do café do louve era solicito pelo menos.
