The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka. "

"This is more of a budget property but for what it is, they do a very good job. Located close to Yokota Air Force Base at Fussa station. Breakfast is included with all reservations. It is right next to the Fussa train station but noise was minimal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They don't offer many amenities but there are plenty of stores nearby. Food, shopping etc. The grocery store is amazing."

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. There are no readily accessible eateries nearby. "
