"Spectacular location and an absolutely charming hotel. Room was massive and breakfast was great. Top tip - if you want to eat dinner at their restaurant (and you do - delicious) make sure to book in advance. Also, if you're considering just doing a day trip to Meissen instead, don't. Stay at least two nights. This town is spectacular."

"It's a nice traditional place, very well located in the old town. Very clean but not very modern, and with a shower-in-tub arrangement that was difficult to deal with and felt quite dangerous. Absolutely lovely breakfast room and excellent breakfast. Very good food and huge portions in the hotel restaurant. No English TV at all, not even CNN or BBC, so that was a disappointment, "

In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, die Betten sind bequem, und es gibt frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist hervorragend – es ruhig und angenehm. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, und die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für ihre Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit: Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig problemlos. "Able to switch to a river front room .. very nice and much better than the roadside one. Good beer and wine in the restaurant. Meals ok. Parking and dog friendly a plus. Great views of castle and river."
