「The host was so responsive to my questions and concerns throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.」

「We wanted to take a trip to Boston with a few members of our extended family so we chose this house so we could each have our own bedroom, and it worked out exactly as we had hoped it would! There was space in the driveway for each family's car and plenty of space in the main living area for everyone to sit and spend time together. It was easy to drive in and out of Boston from this location and we appreciated having several small beaches nearby to visit at the end of each day. The air...

「Walkable to beach and restaurants! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable with all the necessities. Only thing to be mindful of is that there are a fair amount of stairs to access the property but I believe there is a second apartment downstairs with fewer stairs that you can rent.」

「The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. 」

「This was the perfect place! Kim was very responsive and helpful as a host. The location was great - we easily visited Boston via car and using the T multiple times. The area is very walkable - we did walks on the beach and through the neighborhood. The house itself had lots of space with big TVs, comfortable beds, useful kitchen space, and laundry. Our kids enjoyed the comfortable couch and games. Would highly recommend!!」

「This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!」
