"The staff is amazing. The hotel is less than 5 min from the beach. There’s a candy store and McDonalds nearby and it’s close to pretty much everything. The pool and hot tub were great. The gym has some dumbells and a treadmill so you can get a quick little workout in. There’s a shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. There was no hassle getting checked in. They also have tons of stuff for sale if you forgot snacks or any other necessities.. the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower pressure is also great! Would definitely stay again "

"The location is good. And the pool for kids are fun. But it doesn’t have hot tub. The pool water is kind cold during our visit. The carpet is not that clean. The fan at bathroom is very dirty and looks like mold growing there. The bath hot water is not hot enough. They don’t clean your room everyday. And our tissue is run out at last day as no one change or refill it. "

"Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded. Staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful and the security deposit was as much as the room. Do not stay here. "

"Very odd check in; starts at 4PM but office closes at 4PM. Wrist bands required; I kept mine in my pocket and was told I had to wear it at all times. I was waiting for the guard to come knock on my door to make sure I was wearing while sleeping! Kitchen supplies adequate, nothing special. Ceiling was dripping and made tile floor wet. Annoying, at the least, and could be dangerous. Good view from terrace. Air conditioning seemed to be either on or off, controls didn't work. Good location for birding, and getting off the island. Very noisy at 2AM and sometimes 6AM. With all the security you would think they could keep the noise down. "

" We liked the location. Easy access to the beach and Isla Bianca Park, which we walked every day. We also loved being able to walk to Mahi Nicks. I assumed there was laundry and a dish washer in the unit, there wasn’t. There was laundry facilities one floor down that was reasonably priced. The condo was clean but needed some updating. Some small details such as some small appliances not being usable affected our experience. "
