"The property was nice until we got into our room. The TV did not work correctly. The bathroom door looked like it had been in a flood and was almost molded and warped on the bottom. Long black hairs in the shower. Air conditioner was super loud. The Starbucks was never open when it was supposed to be. It was our first time in SPI....the island itself is beautiful but do not stay here. Spend your $$ elsewhere."

"First of all, in the promotion picture there is a nice swimming pool, it's a lie, there is no swimming pool, and on my stay I never got a cleaning service, I had to go to front desk because the phone in the room was not in service, their answer was that I have to let them know that I need that service per day (no one told me about it in the check in), then the rooms are very basics, the first day no soap, and the bathroom fan extractor was not working, I would give it motel category in furniture and everything inside the room, but the worst, very worst of everything was that every single day there was drunk people out of their rooms and Friday and Saturday even worse, and some people listening music in their cars (of course, totally drunks) very loud at 1, 2, 3 am, not easy to get a good rest, and seems like the hotel administration is totally fine with that because they do nothing with the situation.....NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE !!, I got the room because I book late and everything else was too expensive, but I regretted...Best way is to book with some time in a branded hotel where you get ok service and at least you can rest comfortably, sometimes is better to expense a couple more hundreds but to enjoy your stay"

"We had a great stay at Courtyard South Padre Island. I stayed with my husband and our son, and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was nice and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting South Padre Island."

BEACHFRONT COMPLEX-1st FLOOR & FULLY RENOVATED!

"5 stars for this cute little condo! Great job to the Villarreal family for putting together a perfect retreat for a solo traveler like me (though I could see a couple staying here too.) The place is clean, aesthetic and organized and has everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach. I worked remotely and enjoyed some free time on the beach and loved that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the beach essentials are neatly organized in the closet, the bathroom was remodeled and cute and had towels and other accessories. The dehumidifier really helps keep the condo dry as well, so I never felt moist after my shower or when I’d come back from the beach. My dog was nice and cozy here too! Once I got the WiFi going, I had no issues working remotely throughout the day. The location is spectacular as you are just 1-2 short blocks from the beach entrance, right across from the nature birding center and just up the road are the dunes and adventure park. The strip is right beneath you on the main drag, where you have all the restaurants and shops you could want. 10/10Would stay here again and, especially happy with Irma’s prompt communication and support at any time I needed it! Thanks again!"

"I’ve had better experiences staying property in the past. This particular trip was less than expected. The food prices increased at the quality of the food has decreased and another issue is the charge of $10 for parking that has been implemented. I understand if they do it for non-guest of the resort but to charge the guest of the resort is unnecessary. The bottom line is to charge more for less will have we reconsider visiting this property in the future?"
