"The room was clean but very tired. The patio furniture wasn't in useable condition because of paint chips sticking to my skin. Also electrical wall outlet unuseable because entire casing protruded from wall. Patio use was a wash out. Overall the facility is quaint. Small. Grounds well maintained, clean and secure. Very good location. Be aware there is no elevator in any of the 3 story buildings. Adequate parking. Good pools. Staff is wonderful. I would recommend. "

"This condo is refinished beautifully. It's furnished with everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bath. There's a great private patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The beach wagon and chairs made getting to the beach simple. Our host was always available and responded very quickly. In addition, we loved the island in general and The Tiki complex for its beauty immaculate upkeep. The activities for winter Texans were an added plus."
