「When we arrived, there were only upstairs rooms, and all of the hallway lights were out on our floor, creating a fall hazard. The desk person told us that the hall lights had been out for days, and that the management hadn't gotten around to fixing them. We had to use our phones to find our room number. Entering our room, the smell of bleach was dominant. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall and was missing. The whole place just seemed dingy and uncared for. We will not be back again.」

「We chose Rooms at the Pecan because of the reviews about cleanliness in the surrounding hotels. Clean is important to us. Room was very clean, dated but maintained, ac worked well.The location was perfect for our activities in the area. We knew it was a basic room with no mini fridge, microwave or coffee machine the issue we had was there was no tv access. Tv was in room but no clicker, went to desk was told the clicker was removed because tv doesn’t work. They apologized for the other employee...
