"We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with."

"Irma has done a wonderful job decorating each room. The condo is cozy, updated and has the best stocked kitchen. Everything you will ever need to make a meal or drink is there! While grilling is available at a handful of locations throughout the Tiki, they’re further away than ideal and the type you would see at a State park. "This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again."

"Everything was wonderful and as described only one confusing incident when the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated. Thankfully it was a false alarm but a lot of the people were saying it happens frequently not sure if that’s true but in all we enjoyed our stay."
