「We had a great stay. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. Communication with Armando was pleasant and professional. The neighbors were friendly and the pool was a ton of fun. The apartment is on the top floor on the northeast corner. Very nice and private view. Would definitely book again. 」

「We loved the property. Very clean and felt very safe. Would definitely rent again as it was very comfortable for my husband and I and our three children. The only thing is that we felt the place could have had a few more things. For example, it only had one garbage bag-we had to buy more and had no laundry detergent. Other then that, great place! 」

Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. My GPS screwed me up and led me astray, but the hosts were terrific helping me find them. I...
