「Definitivamente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Me hicieron un cargo extra, la habitación estaba horrible, sábanas sucias, cuarto sucio, la cortina de baño no quedaba, no había toallas limpias, la cama estaba húmeda y el personal solamente se limitó a decir que no podían hacer nada qe la ocupación estaba al 100%. 」

「Everything about the property was fine no issues but when we tried to get new towels from one of the women at front desk she started speaking spanish to another worker saying she’s just going to give us dirty towels…. but we speak spanish so we understood everything she said」

「We stayed during spring break and realized that was a mistake. Due to a blizzard our reservations got pushed back by 2 days. Expedia was of no help but luckily the ramada was very accommodating. Rooms were clean 」

「Internet okay. Our room smelled musty. It was spring break so getting soiled towels pick up and clean ones left we had to keep asking. Door locks need to be replaced which will be happening soon. Got locked out a couple of times. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was good. They need to put felts on the bottom of their chairs. You can hear them being pulled in and out from other rooms. 」

「Very disappointing stay. Our room had dirty sheets, stained pillows (one even looked like it had a footprint on it), and stained mattresses. The bathroom was not properly cleaned — mold in the sink and shower corners, heavy buildup on the faucet, and the shower looked gray instead of clean. Even the TV remote was covered in grime between the buttons. The worst part was the noise. The room next to us was extremely loud from around 3 a.m. into the morning both nights. We reported it multiple...

「I very much like this place it's a good price for the room that I have rented twice in the past year and it's close to everything not much interaction with the staff just the check in and check out which have never had issues with I will be staying here for upcoming stays」

「I very much enjoyed my time in this trip, front desk lady was very helpful & nice. We were able to check in two hours ahead of time which was really convenient considering we were there since 8AM. The Bar & grill were a cherry on top, we didnf have to go far for food & the burgers were really good, especially the fries!! Also their Micheladas are really good & at a really good price. Ambience was great, saturday live music was great!!」
