「This property was in a good location and was very clean. I was hoping the pull out would have more comfortable but it served the purpose. Most things we needed were provided and only had to purchase a few things. Great communication with the owners and she said she’d give me a 10% discount since we were in town for a funeral. 」

「We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...

「The photo on the listing was deceptive in that due to hurricane there’s no longer a view of the beach as shown on the listing. I totally understand that, and I’m glad the dunes are being rebuilt and seeded. But one of the things I was looking forward to was sitting out being able to look out at the ocean.. view that drew my attention was that photo. I would possibly stay there again, but again I think the photo needs to be updated as some people will be very disappointed.」

「We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place. 」
