Amazing place, a perfect option between price and quality the only thing not was good it was the luggage acomodación because my luggage was stored outside while I was waiting for my room with out supervision any one can take it. I was checking in every moment because I was afraid about. In other hotels they stored in a room monitorized for a guy.

Para el precio le falta limpieza no hay agua caliente la regadera estaba rota las cerraduras no eras muy buenas los spring de la ventana al balcón estaban rotos muy viejas las tasas de baño y el sink no volvería la verdad

Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. El agua de la habitación tenía un olor desagradable, lo que hacía incómodo su uso. Además, el servicio de limpieza solo entra si el huésped está presente; si sales durante el día, la habitación simplemente no se limpia, algo muy poco práctico. Otro problema importante es la temperatura de la habitación. A pesar de pagar un costo adicional por el aire acondicionado, hacía más calor dentro del cuarto que en el exterior, por lo que descansar era casi imposible. El desayuno también fue una gran desilusión. El servicio es extremadamente lento y, después de esperar demasiado tiempo, en varias ocasiones tuve que irme sin desayunar para no llegar tarde a mis actividades. En general, considero que la relación entre el precio y el servicio es muy mala. Hay varios aspectos básicos que deberían mejorar antes de recomendar este hotel a otros viajeros. Lo más decepcionante es que después de la mala experiencia y leer los comentarios negativos,ha sido leer la actitud del personal ante las críticas. En lugar de tomar los comentarios como una oportunidad para mejorar, responden culpando al huésped por "no leer las " del hotel. Considero que unas reglas internas no deberían justificar un servicio deficiente ni sustituir una atención adecuada al cliente. No recomendaría este hotel

I got a hotel room to sleep to go to sleep at night. It is so damn noisy. I can’t even hear my TV. I am very disappointed I pay over $100 to have music pounding my windows I can’t get any sleep.

Take the time to read this review.

I got to call this like I see it. They get an overall 2 stars for not having hot water. If you dont mind a cold shower, you will be just fine. Everything else was OK. We only had 1 night so not much to complain about. TV worked, AC worked, refrigerator & microwave worked, the room was clean and the facility has 24 hr security. The communication with the hotel could have been better because finding the hotel office via location did not work. Luckily, I knew where to go as I visit the area often. I think more pictures of the office location would help others find the reception office. Next, better communication on prices is needed as I spent a little more for taxes that the web site said. All in all, with everything said, I would stay there again but with no hot water, it would not be my first choice.

The cutlery and crockery were dirty upon arrival so had to clean it all. Very few sunbeds around the pool in relation to numbers staying. The fella in charge of the place was unhelpful and could not care less - not fit for purpose. Had same towels and linen for two weeks and no cleaning provided in spite of asking, nothing was arranged so cleaned the floor myself. Overall, VERY poor.
