"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!). "Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "
