「What a hidden gem! Great location - short walk to beautiful Green Lake, shops and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and communicative. Place is very clean and has all the amenities of a cozy home.」

「We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. 」

「Our 2nd stay at Ron’s place did not disappoint. The unit is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and in such a great location. We loved the view and close proximity to the Burke Gillan trail. Ron is a very gracious host and we hope to be able to stay again when we next return to Seattle.」

「Perfect for exploring Edmonds or surrounding area! We wanted to be close to our event rather than coming from home (north Sno Co). The size is great for 2 people. Lovely view and easy check in.」

「This property was just enough space for my fiancé and I. Our trip in Seattle was busy, but this apartment really allowed us to decompress after a whirlwind of excitement. Coming from the South we were a little nervous about PNW hospitality, but Garnett made us feel right at home. I love this place. Definitely will be back in the future 」

「Great Stay for a night to catch a show at Climate Pledge. Rental was clean and had an a/c, with comfy beds. It was nice that it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath so everyone had their own space. Overall I liked the rental and location. It fit our needs and would definitely stay again. 」
